Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Products fulfilled by third-party suppliers may require additional processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We currently ship within the United States only.

Multiple Shipments Some products are sourced from different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery estimates vary by supplier and carrier. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at questions@mommysgeneralstore.com with your order number and we'll work with the supplier and carrier to resolve it.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
